What is HYGGE?
HYGGE (pronounced “hoo-gah”) is a Danish word describing a feeling of warmth, comfort and contentment, often found in the simple pleasure of good company.
With Danish roots in my family, it’s a word I grew up with and wanted to build something around: heat, cold water and good company. Bringing Scandinavian sauna traditions together with our own local culture.
Whether you come with friends, your team or family, or simply on your own to switch off and reset, everyone is welcome. No experience needed.
HYGGE. The Art of Living Well.
1 - HEAT

2 - COLD

Breathe. Reset.
3 - Connect
Relax. Come together.
Repeat.
